3. Is there a consultation fee? Why?
Yes. As seen on our Service Fees our office charges a consultation fee for your first appointment with us. Why do we have customers pay this fee? Legal advice is a service that we provide to the community at reasonable cost to the other competition in the Legal industry of today, and we do this to keep providing you with the same quality of service to keep our business running.
And logically speaking: a business cannot run without revenue.
3a. When is the consultation fee due?
The consultation fee is due on the day of appointment before entering the conference room for your consultation.
4. Do you do over-the-phone consultations?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot provide over the phone consultations under any circumstances, given that you have not already retained Richard Obuch as your attorney.
If a retainer is signed, Richard may be able to assist if the situation deems he provide it during your time as our client.
We want to make sure you are taken care of, but we do not provide free advice.
If you have any questions, you can always call and speak with our secretary, and she will answer your questions as a liaison between client and attorney.
Please accept our gratitude in understanding this reason.
5. How soon after I sign my retainer agreement, do I have to pay?
After signing a retainer, with each new service that Richard provides payment of said services MUST be rendered BEFORE any work will proceed.
